You can track your order anytime from the Track Order page. Just enter your Order ID and registered Email, or your Tracking ID, to check the delivery status.

You can find these details by logging into your account and navigating to the My Orders section from your dashboard.

You’ll also receive a confirmation email after placing your order this includes your Order ID.

Once your order is shipped, a follow-up email will be sent with your Tracking ID and delivery information.

Please check your spam or promotions folder sometimes emails land there. If it’s not there, contact us so we can look it up.

Sometimes tracking links can take up to 24–48 hours to reflect movement after dispatch. If it still doesn’t update after that, please contact us with your Order ID we’ll check the status and assist you right away.

First, check your tracking info. If it's marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact our support team we’ll help right away.

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped, and there will be no cancellation charges.
Just log into your account, go to the My Orders section, and select the order you wish to cancel.

If the cancel option is not visible, it means your order has already been dispatched.

In that case, cancellation may still be possible, but a cancellation fee will apply to cover shipping and handling. To proceed, contact our support team with your Order ID. We’ll check the current shipping status and help you cancel the order.

You can find estimated delivery times on each product page under the Shipping Information section. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

We accept all major payment options you can pay using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking, or choose Cash on Delivery

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 3–5 working days. If the refund doesn’t appear, contact us with your payment reference we’ll help you track it.

To request a return or exchange, visit our Return Centre and follow the instructions.

Make sure the product is unused, in its original condition, and within the 7-day return/exchange window.
